By accessing and using ERPView ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

ERPView is a web-based application that provides integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems, including but not limited to:

• Oracle BI Publisher report management and execution
• Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) job monitoring and submission
• AI-powered report generation
• Financial reporting and data visualization
• Dashboard creation and management

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use complies with your organization's policies
• Proper configuration and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud connections
• Any data accessed or modified through the Service

4. Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration

The Service connects to your Oracle Fusion Cloud instance using credentials you provide. You acknowledge that:

• You have authorization to access the Oracle Fusion Cloud systems you connect
• You are responsible for any actions taken through these connections
• The Service acts as an interface and does not store your Oracle credentials beyond your session
• Oracle Fusion Cloud is subject to its own terms of service from Oracle Corporation

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take data security seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ERPView and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Oracle and Oracle Fusion Cloud are trademarks of Oracle Corporation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERPView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or system failures
• Errors in Oracle Fusion Cloud data or reports
• Unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Subscription and Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ERPView operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
